"Classic Squares" is a company headed by two enterprising managing directors.

Since 2005, our company has fostered a culture of continuous improvement for its product.

Our strong sense of commitment to the customer is shared by our team of architects, site engineers and other professionals. Both the Classic Squares directors personally inspect the construction work in progress at each site on a daily basis. Qualified site engineers along with experienced site supervisors are in charge of each construction site.

We develop only a few properties at a time. The customer benefits because we attain consistent and uniformly high standards (of material and workmanship) and adhere to a deadline –driven schedule without compromising on build quality.
